Dual front profiling sanding machine with high precision chain feeding for panel edges.
The dual PLDF profiling sanding machine profiles, sands and glazes solid wood, MDF or chipboard, flat or curved panel edges whether lined, coarse or lacquered.
Simple and versatile use combined with a modular construction system permit this machine to be personalised and equipped according to specific needs and use. The machine, in fact, can be equipped with milling units, sanding belts, superfinishing sanding units, disk sanding machines, milling and belt chamfering units and, where necessary, specially constructed operating units.
The high quality of the materials used for construction and the distinguishing technical and machining specifications ensure a high level of precision and reliability. The machine operates with a high precision chain transmission. This system is made up of rectified support links, connect with rectified secured pins complete with pin cushions and lubrication system and rubberised plates with high coefficients of friction. An electronic unit controls the cross movement of the mobile column as well as the entrance and exit of the pad, abrasive disk and bi-directional recovery of abrasive disk wear. The machine is equipped with a controlled axis opening. Additionally, both the belt and abrasive disk sanding machines are equipped with special systems that ensure constant sanding pressure during all machining phases.
Among the various available options we would like to point out: the motorisation for work unit movements, computerised control of unit positioning, the inverter to vary the rotation speed of the single units and our patented self-settling system of the counter-shape on belt sanders that reduces equipment assembly time on each single unit by 50%.
